6 months subletting room at Trøjborg
Hi! My Rumbo be six months internship in Copenhagen in February and therefore I rent his room at Trøjborg out. You're going to stay with Kristoffer of 23 years, reading Nordic AU. I sublet the room from February 1 to August 1, but there is a possibility that you can move into the end of January, if desired. The room is 16 square meters and furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelving (see pictures). The rent is about 3750 a month for housing assistance, and it includes water, heat and the great TV package. The apartment is two-bedroom apartment of 69 square meters in total and is located at the beginning of Trøjborg at Niels Juel Street 4, 3th, and therefore there is a short distance to both the city center, university, forest and water. We are looking for a student to the apartment, so that we can continue to receive housing benefits. There is no deposit, but you commit to the period from February to August.
