Looking for a roomie for my beautiful apartment which is located at Göteborg Alle by Christiansbjerg. Close to downtown, university, beach and more. About the Apartment: The residential complex was built in 2020 and everything is therefore new, there is new furniture in the kitchen all the room and on the terrace. The apartment is a 3 bedroom of 70sqm with 2 equal sized bedrooms (13.7sqm each), located at each end of the apartment. There is a lovely balcony and in addition a large communal roof terrace of 1500sqm overlooking the city. There is a lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Free parking. It costs DKK 5080 per month + approx. 200 in consumption Deposit corresponds to 3 months rent and in addition 1 month prepaid rent. About me: I am 23 years old and work as a taxi driver, I also work at night so expect a fried egg to be made at 4 in the morning.
