2v + shared kitchen and bathroom, roommate / sublease
For one (and only one!) No smoking roommate / sublease who lives clean and makes an effort for it. We share the kitchen and bathroom. I am a teacher and educator and I play underwater rugby in the winter and tennis in the summer. I am about to take proficiency in sailing and enjoy being in nature. Among other things, together with my two children aged 9 and 11, who I have every other week. The 2 rooms for you are two interconnecting rooms with a large arch opening between them. The apartment is in a cooperative with laundry basement, farm and common room. 200 meters from AmagerBro Metro, 15 minutes to Nørreport and 3 hours and 30 minutes to Madrid. You must have Danish or Spanish as your native language, as my children speak the two languages. The rent is 4,200 + fixed consumption (gas, water, internet and heating by firewood) 350 + aconto heat and electricity 800 + maintenance (can be used for painting of rooms, maintenance of common areas and more) 250. Total per month 5,600 kroner. Total start payment: DKK 17,200 (one month's rent, deposit and last month's rent) The rental period is maximum up to and including June 2020. Mvh Lars
