My boyfriend and I have an apartment in Aarhus, but now because of new work in Ebeltoft, it is also a commuter residence close to the new workplace. Therefore, we would like to rent 2 of our 3 rooms, a smaller bedroom and a large living room (total area about 30 sqm). The rooms are connected by a sliding door and both have access to a distribution hall, with doors for kitchen and bathroom as well as the front door. The apartment is therefore perfectly suited as a detached house. We will use the last room on a regular basis when we have training days, meetings, etc. in Aarhus, but you want the apartment for yourself almost all the time. It is a non-smoking apartment and you must not have pets in the association. In the attic there is a small laundry. The rent is incl. consumption at a normal level. If a significantly higher consumption is observed than normal, for example. due to the use of heating lamps, servers, etc., the rent will be adjusted accordingly.
