2 rooms are rented
We are looking for two roomies for our apartment in Copenhagen Ø. We are looking for ages 20-25 - girls or boys. We have two available rooms of 10 m2 for a rent of 4600 kr. The rent includes water, electricity, heating, license and internet. There is a shared newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment and in addition, you will have space in our attic for storage. We are two girls in 21 years. We are students and also look like you are students, but this is not a must. Louise studies a nurse and Line studies HA Almen. We are quiet, calm and responsible and keep up the order and take care of our surroundings. We respect a closed door, but are also very open to socializing, cozy and possibly. common dinners. We are both social and want visits from time to time. We like to go out Friday or Saturday, and can therefore come home late for a few days. We hope to understand this, but will of course also take into account. Conversely, we also want to be self-conscious about your social life. We would like that there is room for all of us in the apartment and everyone is feeling comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with approx. 5-7 minutes walk from the Swan Mills station and 2 min to the nearest bus. By 2019 the metro building will also be completed and only approx. 10 minutes walk from here, the station Poul Henningsen will be located as part of the city ring. The two rooms rented are those next to the bathroom and the kitchen and face the courtyard.
