2 "Roomies" is being searched for houses in Roskilde from the beginning of August 2017. The house is located very close to Roskilde trading school / Roskilde technical school / musicon. 5 min by bike to the station. To be rented on a fixed-term lease for 1 year, after which the house is expected to be advertised for sale (summer 2018). You will have your own room and share the rest of the house / conservatory and garden with 2 other tenants, one of which is signed ?? I imagine you are aged 18-25 There are also 2 cats in the house you will occasionally help to feed. (And like to chill with?) Expense of water heat - electricity in the house - shared by all 3 renters / payable with aconto in advance and settled quarterly "Room price" 3500kr / month
