2 rooms in the heart of Odense
I am looking for a tenant for 2 rooms in a great location on Ny Vestergade in the middle of the city of Odense. The road I live on is quite quiet and so is the farm which belongs to the apartment. I want to rent two rooms (1st room of 10 sqm and 2nd room of 20 sqm) for a single person or a couple, so you have the opportunity to have both your own bedroom and your own living room. We need to share the kitchen and bathroom. The monthly rent is NOK 5,300, and is incl. water, heat, electricity and internet. The rental period is initially 2 years (depending on your wishes) with good possibility of extension. I work daily in a shop where I am a sales assistant, but I have applied to study starting this summer. I am a social person (with respect for privacy) who loves to enjoy some good food, a glass of wine or a walk. In addition, I am caring, thoughtful, clean and cozy / fun (at least I think so myself).
