About us: Jacob and Victor are both 20 years old. We both have a plan to start training in the summer of 20. We both come from Allerød where we have gone to Allerød Gymnasie and became students in the summer of 2018. Jacob works in a catering company and Victor works as a teaching assistant, both full time. We are two social young men who like to be with friends and take in the city every now and then. Who we are looking for: We do not have the big demands on our new roomie other than that the person should preferably be between 19-24 years old and have nothing against friends coming to a beer every now and then. (It can of course also be yours) A little about the apartment: The apartment is on Ib Schønbergs Allé, 3. The apartment has a nice balcony out to the courtyard. The apartment is from 2009 and is 88 m ^ 2. From the apartment there is 5-10 minutes walk to Ny Ellebjerg station and 10-15 minutes to Valby station. There is a kiosk right outside the door and otherwise there is a Spar and Menu 8 minutes walk away. In the apartment there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, internet and various streaming services for TV in the living room. In addition, there is a roof terrace. About the room: The room is 8m ^ 2 and is not furnished. The rent is at 5000-. DKK with water, heating and internet included.
