2 young guys looking for roomie
Hello out there. As our rental contract with our resident ends on August 31, 2019, we are now looking for a 3rd man / woman who would like to live with us. It is a room of approx. 11 sqm, which is available from 31 August. The apartment is located in Rødovre on Irmavej in a new building of 103 sqm. exclusive balcony in a quiet area. There are 3 separate rooms in the apartment, 1 kitchen / family room, toilet and bath, storage room and balcony. Rødovre Centrum and public transport are 5 minutes away by bike. The rent is 5,000, - incl. water, heating and internet. In addition, electricity comes which is settled per. quarter and of course license. You can dsv. not covered by our home insurance, so that part you also have to stand for yourself. Deposit: 3 months rent. The rent is unlimited. We are: Casper Hersø Jensen - 21 years old. Studying event technology at NEXT and freelancer as a sound engineer next to the school. Leisure time goes with friends, music and beer. Fun fact: can make river dance in less limited scope. Mads Bakkensen Johansen - 21 years old Jude. Working full time and running a small business next to it. The leisure time is spent on music, my girlfriend, friends and family. Appreciate good food with accompanying beer. Fun fact: Can turn 8 marshmallows into the mouth at once. We are quiet, clean and have absurdly bad humor. Then you are prepared ... We met each other at The Rhythmic After School in Båring vintage 14/15, so we listen a lot to music, and even play a little ... Maybe you could joine? ?? In spite of the music, we are not noisy and take absolute care of others and we respect a closed door. We rarely party but enjoy a little beer and be chewed every now and then.
