2 separate rooms, 4000 each - also for couples
Nils (from Germany) and I (from Copenhagen) live to rent in a lovely house in Hvidovre from now until 30 June. The house is 5 minutes by bike from Hvidovre station, has good shopping around the corner and good bus connections to the city. It takes about 15 min. by bicycle to CBS, 30 min. to KUA and 25 min. by bike to the center. We rent two rooms, one on the ground floor, where we also have room, and one in the basement (with own exit) to each 4000, including water, heating, electricity, wifi and TV. Couple can rent the room in the basement, we will then find common use of the room on the ground floor, the rent is 4000 pr. person. There is a large garden with greenhouse (which we are very much looking forward to being in the spring!) And hen house (hopefully soon with chickens!). The house has a kitchen in connection with the dining room, which is connected with the living room, which is in connection with the garden room. The rooms are located at each end of the house, making it easy to be together and easy to be private. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, a large laundry room in the basement and a workshop in the basement. In the garden there is a garage for bicycles, and even a loading bike is included for common use! We like hanging out at home, and love everything with garden, standing in the kitchen all day with fun and delicious projects, playing Risk and other board games, Nils practicing playing guitar, I try to be the crochet type, and we like to see a flat movie every now and then. We are also both happy to see new sides of the city and around, we really both love to travel, but the housing crisis in Copenhagen. can take your breath and the money from anyone, so we usually only come to my mother's cottage in North Zealand. We have lived in Copenhagen since this summer, before we stayed in Mönchengladbach in Germany, and when the rent here is over for the summer, we must see where the power takes us :) The rent is from now to the end of June!
