Hello everyone, my name is Kevin, I am 22 years and I work daily as Designer and Developer which is super cool! I am very social and loves to spend time at my friends and have fun at home with a good cup of coffee or wine / beer every now and then :) Love to drink red and white wine and watch a good movie while, and I also trust that my future roommates want to do some things together, big or small! My goal is that everyone gets to feel at home, but at the same time I respect also a closed door when needed. Information about the apartment: - The apartment is 93 sqm with a BIG open living room, open plan kitchen, bathroom fat and stunningly beautiful views from the balcony from the 4th floor! - There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage chute outside the front of our front door and free internet so you can surf all day on Facebook or Netflix! The rent is 4,000 kr, - / DKK per month and there must be laid a deposit of 12 000 kr, - / DKK and a prepaid rent 4,000 £ / £. The rent is inclusive. water, heating and internet. There is also an electric charge of 150 kr, - pr. month which include free electricity. In total, 20,000 kr - could be d. Information about the apartment: - The apartment is 93 sqm with a LARGE open living room, a beautiful open kitchen, great bathroom and a fantastic view of the city from the balcony to the fourth floor. - There is a washing machine, a drying machine (for clothes), garbage chute outside our front door and free internet so you can surf all day long, browsing facebook and binge watching netflix! The interest rate is 4,000 DKK per. month, a deposit to 12,000 DKK and a prepaid rate to 4,000 DKK (For the last month of interest). The rate is inclusive water, heat and internet.
