Hi everyone, Since I have been lucky enough to rent the most beautiful house in Aarhus N, I now look for two roomies to share it with. The rental period is limited to one year from 1 September 2018 until 1 September 2019. There are two available rooms, beside mine, of 12 sqm respectively. with built-in closet and 11 sqm. With a loft of 6 sqm with closet. The house is 128 sqm. In addition to the three rooms, the house has a large dining room in connection with the living room and the kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, a toilet, a balcony and a beautiful garden with two terraces. All rooms close to the three available rooms are already furnished, so you only have to bring items to your own room. The rent for the first room of 12 sqm. is $ 5,000 including consumption (water, electricity, heating, license, You See) and a deposit of 16,250 kr. and one month's prepaid rent, a total of 21,250 will be paid by prior arrangement before moving in. I want to find two roomies that will help create a cozy community with space for everyone; our friends, families, etc. In addition, I want a community where we can make things together and eat together a couple of times a week.
