We are two girls of 20 and 21, respectively, who have grabbed a large new apartment in Ceresbyen in Aarhus. We are looking for two tenants for the last rooms of 10.1 and 10.6 m ^ 2 - like a friend or friend couple. BUT FIND FIND! The overall apartment is a total of 130 m ^ 2. It consists of four equally sized rooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen-dining room of 40,3 m ^ 2 and a nice sunny balcony (with rainbow in the distance). There are both tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment - in addition, we provide the essential microwave oven;) The apartment is centrally located in Aarhus, close to both the AU, the trade school and the VIA. In addition, there are good shopping opportunities and the apartment is within easy reach of the city. The practical In addition to the rent there is a monthly charge of 170 DKK in antenna contributions, which we share between us. Since it is a whole new apartment, there is not a fixed amount of aconto yet, but we are in the process of contacting providers and will of course make it cheaper. Here the rent for the first month (10/2018) will also be paid. A little about us We know each other from high school where we went to class together. We are two healthy girls who like something happening sometime. We want to create a home where there is both room for retreat and study, but where we also prioritize the community and a cozy beer or 5 again and again. As people, we are usually happy and healthy, but also just sit and stone netflix. Cecilie has just had a sabbatical year, who has been on work and travel and starts now on Jurassic until September. Anne has also traveled around and starts now on the second sabbatical year, where she will work for law firm DLA Piper and look into Jurassic next year. You must be ready to swing the diet occasionally, as we would like to keep the common areas clean and tidy. Additionally, it's a huge plus if you can take a spider and, as a boy, may turn down the toilet board;) It is an advantage if you are non-smoking as it is not allowed in the property.
