2 RENTALS APPLY FOR 5-ROOM APARTMENT AT BELLA CENTER $ 4700 FROM APRIL 1 Call all homeowners Mie and I are renting 2 lovely rooms in our 121 sqm newly built apartment right next to the Bella Center. Within 5 min. once located Bella Center metro st. as well as shopping opportunities (Rema 1000 and net) Moving in is as stated on 01/04/20. The rent is unlimited and the monthly payment is DKK 4,700 (incl. Water and heating / excl. Internet which is about DKK 60 each month) Deposit + first and last month's rent is DKK 22,050. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is located just below the building's large shared roof terrace. You will share the apartment with me, Mie, my dog Karla (Maltese), Ib who is me and Mie's common dwarf hamster and a lot of delicious plants. A little about us: We know each other from the first collective we lived in, in Ørestad and since then there have been roomies, and not least really good friends. We love small projects, whether it is to cure plants from aphids, or to experiment with new recipes. We enjoy going to The Happy Pig on Thursday to see a stand-up, but we really appreciate a good movie on the couch. I am currently in season in Livigno, Italy. But when I'm at home, I work in TaxFree, at Copenhagen Airport. I have the world's most beautiful little dog named Karla and she of course comes in the apartment (so no dog allergy ??) Mie studies daily at Absalon in Roskilde, and works in the cookie house. Obviously Mie is the creative in the collective, so whether you are a girl or guy, Mie makes sure you are part of our creative projects. All that we can talk much more about a bad coffee or a good beer one day.
