22 m2 room on Vesterbro
Large room (approx. 22 m2) with two windows on Vesterbro, close to Carlsberg station, Vesterbro Swimming Hall, Sønder Boulevard and the new Tapperitorvet with shops and cafes. Søndermarken, Enghave park, Enghave Square and Vesterbro City life are within walking distance. The apartment is a 70 m2 2-room located on the 4th floor and shared with me, a 35-year-old architect, originally from Sweden. Exhausting the two rooms, there is a fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom as well as storage room in the cellar available. There is wifi, washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The room is partially furnished, with storage furniture and desk, but without bed. However, it is not the same furniture shown on the pictures, but of course we agree which furniture is desired / not desired. I want a female tenant who lives a relatively active life with friends, work, studies or the like and both can appreciate a glass of wine or dinner together but also respects closed doors. I'm used to living with others, being social and spending my free time on friends, training, sailing and traveling. However, I would like to relax when I'm home and hope you've had the same setting. The room is presented as a starting point for 6 months, but with the possibility of extension. Relocation by appointment. Deposit plus 1 month's prepaid rent is paid before arrival.
