22 sqm room from January 2019
Hi! (Danish) I have a room of 22 sqm with balcony for rent in a 2 room 62 m2 on Østerbro for quiet woman. So far the sublease turns to 01.07.2019, but I do not exclude the possibility of extension or possible sublease of the entire lease after the summer holidays. There is access to hallway, bathroom and kitchen and there is common patio and cheap communal laundry (10 kr per wash). There are good shopping and transport options within 5 minutes walk & in the immediate area, there are both Fælledparken and Svanemøllen Strand. As of 01.02 2019 I have a business internship in store, I am looking for a resident on January 1 or January 15, who can handle the apartment while I'm out. Unfortunately, I will not be a fantastic present roommate, as I rarely want to be present. In addition to the one room that I intend to use as storage, the rest of the apartment will be used for free.
