As our current roomie is leaving his room, we are therefore looking for a new tenant. We are primarily looking for a female tenant, since we already have 2 guys and 1 girl. You would come to live in a cozy and social home where we value community highly. The apartment itself is 115 sqm with large kitchen / family room, large bathroom with sink and drying column, in addition we have a large balcony overlooking the sea and city. Your room is approx. 12 sqm. The rent is NOK 4,750 per month incl. electricity, water, hot and internet. Deposit is DKK 14,750 + 1 month prepaid rent of DKK 4,750 Attention !!! This includes internet, electricity, water and heat, so there will be no extra bills. You will live with: Bolette: She is 22 years old and will be studying at the journalism studio at DMJX until February 2020. In her spare time, she likes to crossfit and cook. David: He is 25 years old and works as a real estate agent at LokalBolig in Højbjerg. Leisure goes with football, music, girlfriend and friends. Anders: He is 24 years old and studying management and economics at the Business Academy. In his spare time he plays football and cares for his network. A little about you: We would like to see you between the ages of 22 and 26 and that you have lived abroad before.
