We are 2 guys of 24 looking for a roommate for moving in on 1/7. The apartment itself is a 4 room of 123 m ^ 2, with rooms respectively. 10, 10 and 12 m ^ 2. You will be awarded the largest of the 12. Everything is newly renovated and basic things like dishwasher, underfloor heating etc. is included. There is an open kitchen, and a shared balcony. Location in KBH S, with 5 min to Sydhavn St., and Fisketorvet by bike. Besides this, there are plenty of options when it comes to public transport. In the future, it will also be possible to take the subway. In relation to shopping opportunities there is a local Net 300 meters from the residence. The area itself is very new, and there are plenty of opportunities for a good run, as well as outdoor training facilities and water, etc. You will be staying with Daniel at 24, and Mathias at 24. Daniel who is studying HA (Mat) at CBS in the 4th semester, and Mathias who is studying Computer Science at the 6th semester. We are looking for someone who likes the social to be part of a community, but who of course also respects a closed door, just as we do! :) The rent is 5800 incl. water and heat. In addition, electricity is paid every 3 months and internet once a month.
