We are looking for 1 room for occupancy 01.05.2018 (unlimited period) in a newly built house of 154m2 called Villa Vid in Tranbjerg. The house consists of kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), furnished living room, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), garage with small shed, garden, and 2 large terraces. The house is also a 0 energy house and uses solar energy, as well as has a wood burning stove in the living room and underfloor heating throughout the house. Your room will be 13m2 with closet and private access to the garden (See floor plan) There are 2 minutes walk to shopping, 3 minutes to bus (4A, 17, 41 and 202) and 10km to Aarhus city center. The rent is NOK 3700 and covers water, heating, electricity, internet and a small subsidy for a saving on unforeseen expenses. However, this can be adjusted a little bit as aconto can vary. Economy Rent with fixed expenses - 3,700kr (may fluctuate slightly ) Deposit - 6,650kr About you: We are looking for a roomie that is fresh, outgoing, clean and cozy to live with. In addition, non-smokers are preferred. About us: We are 2 young guys at the age of 23 who study building engineer and engineer respectively. We are both socially landscaped, friendly and satan cozy.
