I am going to folk high school in the spring of '22 and therefore sublet my room, on the 3rd floor, on Funch Thomsens Gade 4F. The apartment is located on Stjernepladsen with a short walking distance to shopping - Netto, Rema1000, Fakta and Løvbjerg in Trøjborg. There is a lift and the possibility of free parking in the area. There is a short distance to Aarhus C, many of the university's departments and Den Permanente in North Aarhus, so it is an ideal study accommodation. The apartment is 65m ^ 2 of which the rented room is 15 m ^ 2. The apartment has a shared bathroom with washer and dryer as well as a shared kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. The room has its own exit to the large delealtan and is square and thus easy to decorate. In addition to the apartment's own balcony, there are two large roof terraces that can be used by the property's residents. You would share the apartment with my good friend and current rumbo, Thor. He is 24 years old and is currently studying aesthetics and culture at Aarhus University. The rent is 4398 pr. month and includes aconto water and heating.
