Landlord 15sqm room. In a 4 bedroom apartment. For quiet female renter. It's nice to have girlfriends visit. But no men. It's because of the last 3 bearings I've had. Almost had their girlfriends move in. After a short time. I do a lot in my everyday life. So don't have to deal with too many people when I'm home. There for the low rent, compared to what others take. There I spend time watching movies / series or listening to music. It's a plus if you fancy eating or watching a series together once in a while. There is wifi and Netflix which can be used in the apartment.
