1.5 room student accommodation for sublet
As I will be doing an internship, I am subletting my 1.5-room student apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom from 1 February to 1 June (or parts of the period), with the option of a 1-2 month extension. The apartment is 42 square meters and furnished. The rent is DKK 4300 excluding electricity, but before housing benefit (I get DKK 670 in housing benefit). The deposit is 1 month's rent. The apartment is part of Ladegårdskollegiet, which has a common room and laundry cellar. The college is located in the skejby park in Aarhus N, close to VIA.
