15 sqm room for rent on Amager
Roomie is wanted for a 2-room modern apartment on Amager. The apartment is, as I said, a two bedroom located on the 1st floor. There is a large and lovely yard and a laundry room. It is located 5 minutes away from Lergravsparken metro st. In addition, there are also plenty of other transport solutions in the form of buses, where both 31 and 5C run close. The room is about 15 sqm large (with mega fine New Yorker brick wall) incl. own balcony. The move-in date is basically December 15th, but I'm hugely flexible on this point. The rent is 4500 incl. heating, electricity, water, internet and laundry. A little about me: I am 21 years old and studying for IBP daily at CBS. I myself moved in in August and am hugely happy with the apartment. I am looking for a peer and non-smoker. Since I myself am a very social person, it would be great if you participate in some joint spinning and the like. once in a while, but of course a closed door is also respected.
