14 sqm room for rent in Øgadekvarteret
Dear house-hunting in Aalborg! Since our apartment's current third occupant moves in with his girlfriend d. 1/2, we have a nice room available from the same date. The room is 14 sqm including a large closet built in space. The room has a large window and is very bright. The apartment is on Fyensgade 60 1st floor, 9000 Aalborg and is 109 sqm. It involves three bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom and a spacious kitchen. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and washer and dryer in the bathroom. The rent is (after housing benefit) in 2971 kr./md. including Internet. In addition comes the electricity to be paid every three months. When moving in, there will be a deposit of around 9400 kr. We are two young student named Mark and Eskil, 21 and 22 years old, studying, respectively, sociology and psychology in the 3rd semester. Markus is from Gladsaxe in the metropolitan area and has a personal fascination with Batman. Eskil is from Århus and has great football and coffee fanatic. We are looking for an outgoing students about is our age - sex is of no importance. We want an apartment, where there is room for joint comfort and privacy.
