13 m2 room for rent
From 3/8/2017, my room is available, and I'm looking for a new roomie :-) The room is approx. 13 m2 large and has a walk in closet that is not included in the size. The room is part of a 60 m2 apartment w / toilet, bath & kitchen (+ washing machine). I rent for an indefinite period. Rent is indicative right now. But it will be rented in the amount of DKK 3800-4000. The apartment is covered by a housing subsidy that is shared between you and me. Pictures of the room are not available in public in order not to bump into the current roomie. Images can be sent as text. You will get: - 13 m2 room + kitchen and brand new WC. - Washing machine, internet, water and heating included in rent. - A nice room with high ceilings in the "good" part of Valby up to Frederiksberg. The room is close to Søndermarken, Frederiksberg Garden, Menu & Nett, Spinderiet and of course bus and train. - Within 15 min. Bike distance is there: Central Station, Søndermarken + Frederiksberghave, Frederiksbergcenteret, Valbyparken .... and many other good things. A little about me: - 23 years (almost 24 years). - Students at CBS, who have just finished their bachelor's degree in HA (Psych). I start my graduate degree cand. Merc. (Psych.) To September. - Works 15 hours a week as a Student Assistant in the pharmaceutical company Xellia at Amager. - As a person, I am very extrovert - I love to interact with people and like that my fellow human beings are doing well. At the same time, I am confident, kind and honest. I like going on many things all the time, but I also enjoy cooking and a good movie one evening. - I prioritize my study and when I do not work or see friends, I can most often be found in my room with my school books. "I have a lot of fondness for animals. I therefore have a dog, Theo. Theo is an energetic and delicious maltipoo (mini malteser / toy poodle) in 1 year. - The apartment is owned by my parents. What do I seek: - A positive, responsible and outgoing roomie. - We do not need to be perennial, but I'm very clear at roomiehygge and food days when we have come to know each other :-) - You must be a student and be between 23-25 years old. - It would be a huge plus (but not a requirement) if you like ecology and natural products. - You must be prepared that Theo (my dog) also lives in the apartment. Therefore, it will be a huge plus if you like animals (especially dogs) and once in a while might be helpful in going for a little trip with him. Theo does not want to stay in your room (only if you allow). It is expected of you: - You are either Danish or Norwegian. - You do not smoke. - You treat the apartment and the room with respect and will help to ensure that the common areas are clean ;-). - In addition to paying rent, pay 50 kr. A month to a shared account where the money goes to toilet paper, soap, detergents, detergent, salt and pepper. - You will help to buy soap, detergent and the like. Without perfume, parabens, etc. - You can withstand all kinds of animals.
