The apartment itself is 115 square meters and is located on the 3rd floor - lovely light and super cozy apartment. It has been completely renovated from summer 2017, but brand new Kitchen, Bath etc. Your room is about 13 square meters, equipped with dresser, wardrobe and a huge bed (210x180 cm). There is a common living room, kitchen and bath. LIVING ROOM: In the living room you will find at one end the lounge area. Here is a large sofa, 60 "TV with associated playstation, so you can watch movies and series. At the other end you will find dining table, chairs and bar cabinet - with associated glass, shaker and other. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob and microwave There is everything from pans and pots to blender and dough scraper BATH: The bath is relatively small, but it needs: Shower, toilet and sink Unfortunately pets are not allowed, and so is smoking in the apartment - strictly forbidden.
