13 square meters of room to rent
We are two healthy young men who have got hold of a 104 m2 apartment in Åbyen just outside Aarhus C. However, we are in a situation where we lack a person to settle in one of the rooms. We are therefore looking for a male or female student who is happy to be social and wants to help create a good environment in the apartment. The apartment is from 2017 and contains everything from washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, a large living room and a lovely balcony. The room for rent is 13 m2 and there is a built-in closet in the room. Rent will be at DKK 4000 before consumption, which will be approx. DKK 4300-4400, with everything included. In addition, a deposit of 12000 will be required. A little about us: As we said, we are two young men, both 22 years old and happy and outgoing, but of course we respect a closed door. Peder is an engineering student and starts on 3 semesters after summer. When not reading, he spends time diligently on everything from sports to enjoying a glass of wine or socializing with friends. I myself, Rasmus, would describe myself as a quiet and calm guy with both legs on the ground. When summer is over, I hope to enter VIA as a student teacher.
