12 sqm room with own balcony in Aarhus C
Room for rent around 15/11 located on Thorvaldsensgade, Århus C I am looking for a roomie for a room in my beautiful and central apartment of 62 sqm. The room is 12 square meters and overlooks a quiet courtyard. The room has its own balcony, with sun from noon until the sun goes down. The apartment has high ceilings and is lovely light. In addition, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen. The property has a shared washer and dryer in the basement, which can be used for a fee (6 kr. For 45 min.). The rent for the room is DKK 4500 incl. everything (applies to electricity, water, heating, home insurance and internet). However, this is without housing support. (£ 4,000 with housing allowance). In addition, a deposit of DKK 11,000 is required. It is really important to me to get a roomie that I mix well with, and therefore the room is limited to 6 months, but with really good possibility of extension if we are comfortable together. I would like my future roomie to be a student girl aged 22-25, who wants to make the apartment a common home, where there is room to sit in each of our room, but especially also cook and have fun together.
