12 sqm furnished room is rented in July
We are two young guys on respectively. 24 and 25 years who are looking for a 3rd person to move into our 4-room apartment in a new building on Strandlodsvej, 2300 Copenhagen S, where we will provide a room throughout July. This is because I, Frede, are not home during this period, but Casper (the picture) and our future roomie in the last room will live there. Your room will be the top right of the floor plan of 12 sqm, of which 1 sqm is built-in closet. The whole apartment is 109 sqm and contains all appliances, such as dishwasher, freezer, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment has an 11 sqm large shared balcony from the living room, which will be good for grilling and common things, especially in the summer. The apartment is the only one on the 4th floor, limiting the noise of its neighbors. Shopping opportunities, training center and the Øresund / Lergravsparken metro are all within 500-700 meters. Applicant Criteria: We do not have the big preferences as the lease is valid for a month, but one is preferred at our own age. The apartment is brand new and we want a future tenant to understand this so that the apartment is in the same position when moving out. It is possible to move in from 27 June, which will be a free period from 27 June to 1 July, of course, subject to the fact that you have rented the room in July as well. The room will have a bed, a desk, an office chair and one or two closets. Figures: The rent is 5,000 SEK incl. aconto water, heating, electricity and internet. Prior to moving in, the following must be paid: 1 month rent 5,000 kr. 1 month deposit 5.000 kr.
