Our former roommate moves with his girlfriend why we are looking for a new tenant for a room on Roskildevej 47 st., Th., 2000 Frederiksberg. The rental period will be limited to June 2019 (13 months). We are three boys living in the rent, Anders, Christoffer and Patrick. We appreciate communication, cleanliness and openness, as we consider it important for our small community to function optimally. In addition, we enjoy being social with each other, but there is of course room for closing the door and having some time alone. Your room is about 11m2. The apartment consists of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, spacious kitchen room, and private basement (with integrated access from the kitchen) with both washing machine, tumble dryer and bar. The rent is DKK 5,000 a month, which includes heating and water. Internet and electricity are exclusive of the rent. Relocation will be May 1st.
