Hi! I rent my room because I simply do not think it's safe to have a 3 bedroom one person when there is so much lack of housing / rooms in Copenhagen. The room is not furnished and is completely empty when you take it over. There is free access to the laundry column. Toilet paper / toothpaste / dishwashing detergent and other small items are included in the rent. Cleaning is also included in the rent, if you wish to make use of it is up to you. I work a lot and rarely at home. I expect pli, respect and consistency from your side.
