10 m2 room for rent in 83 m2 apartment
I am looking for a tenant for my "extra" room. It is in a 3 bedroom apartment where I live myself. The room is not furnished. The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is super delicious. There is a large balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. It is 3 km to the city center and 3 km to the university, 500 m to Netto and Lidl, as well as Fitness World and the Rosengård Center. The one I am looking to live with must be someone who can find out to clean up and take care of themselves, is open and easy to talk to, and adheres to. I myself am a 39 year old man, with full time work. I am outgoing and have lived with others for much of my life so I am used to it. The rent of DKK 3400 a month includes everything: rent, water, heat, electricity, internet and large TV package (but only with connection in the living room) and free use of washing machine. The rest of the apartment is of course furnished and I think even I live nicely and comfortably. As you can see in the pictures, they are taken before moving in so that is why it is completely empty. NB. I would like to point out that housing is part of a housing association. Upcoming tenants must therefore be approved by my housing association before moving in.
