I am looking for a tenant for a 10 sqm room in my apartment in the newly built residential area Risskovbrynet from 1/7 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter. I am flexible in relation to the moving-in date. The apartment is 65 sqm and newly built in March 2018. It contains an entrance hall, 2 good bright rooms, a large common kitchen and living area with space for both dining area and sofa area as well as a nice large bathroom. In addition, there is an associated balcony of 7 sqm with sea views. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, dishwasher in the kitchen and a combined washing / drying machine in the bathroom. In addition, there is access to both a locked basement room, large roof terrace, combined football / activity path on the roof, bonfire site, basement and shared car arrangement. The apartment is close to forest, beach, shopping and training opportunities. The bus goes right outside the door and otherwise it takes 10 min. to cycle to the center.
