I rent out my one-bedroom apartment on Grønttorvet in Valby. The apartment is rented furnished with dining table, dining chairs, TV, bed, wall-mounted bookcase and shelves as well as (possibly) clothes rack in the large room and the small storage room. There is a bicycle cellar, laundry, large communal kitchen, common rooms and common terrace. I rent out the apartment when I move in with my boyfriend. I am looking for a tenant who takes good care of my apartment, adheres to payments and wants a good collaboration with me - then we will find good solutions if you have furniture you want in, flexible moving in or other :-) The rental period is temporary of 3 months, which is considered to be your probationary period.
