24m2 room with carnage, sildebensparket, stucco and high ceilings being rented for 3 months (7th of January 31st March 2019) when I am going to exchange. The room is part of a cozy 4-person community center centrally located in KBH K. The room: The room is 24 m2 and is very bright with a large carnival. It is rented furnished with bed, bookcase, chest of drawers, sideboard, chairs and coffee table (note there is no wardrobe). Monthly rent incl. water, heat and internet: 6,581 + 200 kr to electricity. Deposit is one month's rent. The apartment is centrally located on Sølvgade in KBH K, very close to the lakes, the CSS, the botanical garden, the CSS, SMK and not far from Nørreport station. The apartment is 175m2 large dominant with high ceilings. There is a common living room, large dining kitchen (with dishwasher), and two bathrooms with washer and dryer. The apartment is shared with Tim (31 and architect), Marshall (30, Architect and from Australia) and Sarah (30 and Educator). Everyone is expected to take part in the cleaning and cleanup of the apartment, so every resident has a cleaning day every four weeks. There are no fixed appointments for cooking and dining together, but we do it whenever we want. Smoking and animals are not allowed.
