SU-guide: How to get more health for the money
Over the past several years, Danish students were among those with the poorest health in Denmark. It is a paradox as many of the Danish students end is relatively young and therefore should be healthy. Many attribute, however, this development it can be expensive to stay healthy, but this need not be the case, so if you want to improve your own health then there here is a brief guide to the four ways that you can improve your health without breaking the bank while you're at SU.
1: Go to the dentist once a year
One of the places where many Danish students' health is lagging when it comes to dental and oral hygiene in general. This is not just awhile end who must endure this, as the Danes on a broad frame, the peoples in the EU who have the worst teeth. 2: Drop junk food and cola
Another good way to both increase its own health and save money, by dropping junk food and cola completely, or at least to adhere to eat it once a month. In most cases, it would buy dinner for two days for the same price as a large pizza and 1.5L cola costs. 3: Drop your fitness plan and work out at home or out in the open

One last place where there might be money to be saved on the food as well as beauty products. Most can save up to 30% of their expenditure on food if they exclusively or ovevejende traded in discount stores such as Netto or Aldi.
