What is acupuncture?

What is massage?
Massage is good for tense and sore muscles. Give a pleasant and relaxing connective tissue that makes the muscles relaxed.

Massage loosens waste and increases blood flow, so the muscles again become elastic and soft.
Massage relieves muscle tension and thus muscle pain and tenderness.
