School of Conservation
School of Conservation educates students and researchers in the preservation of our common heritage.
Training for is composed of two parts: a three-year Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) and a two-year master's program, along with undergraduate degree for the title cand.scient.cons.
What Konservatorskolen
School of Conservation is part of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation, which is a higher educational institution under the Ministry of Culture.
The institution has the task "of artistic and scientific basis to provide training in architecture, design, crafts, conservation and restoration until the highest level and to exercise artistic development and scientifically based conduct research in architecture, design, crafts, conservation and restoration."
At the School of Conservation trained conservators, and research in the conservation of our common heritage. That is the testimony of human activity and nature's development, showing in particular writings and images of artistic expression, in tools, buildings and natural history society - our shared heritage and history.
