Cheap - or free - training in 5 steps for students
While you are a student, you have good chance to make time to exercise and express yourself physically.
The challenge for many is just that it is actually an expensive fonøjelse.
A membership of Fitness World costs 250 crowns and FitnessDK 300 crowns - though you may be allowed to drop a 20'er cheaper if you view a student once a year, so it's still a lot of savings over a full year.
But it need not be so bad.
We come here - in cooperation with Sportsnyt.dk - with 5 good suggestions for how you can work out cheaper or even free:
Urban Gym
Fitness World will open during 2016 the first centers in their new discount chain Urban Gym. The pricing is low: just pay 99 kroner a month to be a member!
There is no sauna and spa. By contrast, equipment, loud music and central locations. When Urban Gym opens its doors, it is an interesting alternative to existing centers.
outdoor Training
Both in Aarhus and Copenhagen are around the city stands and outdoor training areas where you for free can kick it.
Committee of racks on the individual space is limited, but you can make a series of exercises with body weight, and it's better than nothing. And then it's absolutely free.
If you must have the maximum out of your time spent with few racks and machines, you should invest in a strength training program , so you can at least get the right exercises.
Training Log
If you make an online training diary, you have the opportunity to earn money and get sponsorships, if it becomes popular.
Let others follow your progress, upload images and engage the target audience. All of a sudden, your workout is not an expensive hobby, but a real way to make money on you.
Running with an app
Instead of spending much money to join a gym for team training, you can use apps like Endomondo run and still be "part of a group."
You can compare past times, compete with others, and there are programs where you in your headphones being yelled at if you do not do it well enough.
Are you the type who prefers to be paced by others, you may want to use 5-600 kroner on a fitnesarmbånd - eg from made4men.dk/gadgets - instead of using 300 kroner a month on membership of the gym.
Eat cheap protein
Protein Powder is good and helps you to build muscles. But it also costs just money.
Fortunately, you can get enough protein in through other routes, such as:
- tuna
- chickpeas
- lenses
and much more.
Here you get both protein, calories ot satiety for a fixed and low price from your local supermarket.
Good training!
