BACO Bagels & Coffee

As a student it is alpha and omega with coffee for the hard mornings at the study, but also for fun with friends. But when the purse scribbles, you can't always spend half a dozen on a caffe latte, and this has been seen at BACO in Aalborg. Their concept is simple, everything costs 25 kroner. Yes, you read right. You get high quality coffee and delicious bagels at a cheap price at BACO Bagels & Coffee on Nørregade 1 in Aalborg.  

The café opened in 2018, and has a particularly cozy location in the city center, where the city's many shopping opportunities are located. It used to be in Vesterå, but because of the popular concept it moved to Nørregade. Now BACO is just a stone's throw from the Utzon Center, located on the harbor where you can see design, architecture and art. If you are by car, you can also take a stroll past Aalborg Zoo after eating at BACO. You can also take a stroll past their new premises at Budolfi Plads, which opened in May 2020.  

Besides BACO's good location in the city, the surroundings are also really nice. They are some really nice rooms so you and your study buddies can do study work. Then it also becomes a little easier to work when you have good and cheap coffee next door.  

Sounds crazy, but you only pay DKK 25 for everything in there. That is to say both their bagels and their coffee. They focus on cheap bagels and coffee, but on the contrary it means that the coffee is bad. You can get everything from Americano to Caffe Latte, made by their talented and sweet baristas.  

They also have delicious bagels like chicken / bacon where there is cream cheese, salad and chicken / bacon in. You can also get their serrano / mozzarella bagel which has green pesto, lettuce, ham and mozzarella. If you are a vegetarian, do not go in vain, but can instead get their bagel with beet hummus and salad.  

The site has also updated the menu so you can always find new, delicious drinks and bagels. If you are not into coffee, cold drinks such as iced tea, lemonade or soda are also served. If you can squeeze a dessert down, there are also cake and croissants in the menu.
