It was on one of Østerbros fashionable restaurants, Café Pedersborg in Odensegade that a few dozen people met May 19, 1893 and founded "Cricket Club 1893". Participants had originated in the two previous football and cricket clubs, Melchioranernes Boldklub (founded in 1885) and Østerbro Boldklub (founded in 1887), both of which were entered during the last year, respectively. 1892 and 1893. For the sake should be noted that there was formed a new club Ø.B. in 1894, that had nothing to Østerbro Boldklub to do, besides the name.

Clubhouse and facilities

1893 - 1897 The villa Nørre Allé 49, 1st floor (played in the Commons)
1897 - 1901 Apartment in Lille Blegdamsstræde (played in the Commons)
1901 - 1965 The pavilion and a new plant on PH Lings Allé
1965 - 1993 stadium building at the plant on PH Lings Allé
1994 - ???? Castle of Svanemølle plant. Tennis Department retained deseuden its old plant on PH Lings Allé.

By relocation in 1994 retained Tennis Department its plant on PH Lings Allé. In 2009 sold the club tennis hall, and were instead built a twice as large hall on Svanemølle plant.
