Aalborghus Gymnasium is the biggest in high school with over 1,100 students.
The aim is to accommodate the diversity, thereby making each other better. It shows a spaciousness and openness, which is one of the school's core strengths.
Aalborghus started in 1958 and at that time was described by the then forstanders words, what diversity there was in many students' ancestry. This diversity is still valid since it is a secondary school for both city dwellers and country folk.
Despite the differences there may be between them is a mutual respect among students and teachers, which helps to create a good atmosphere exists at the school.
