5 tips for planning your long-term travel

Are you tired of the changing temperatures in Denmark - or you just want to get out to see the world for longer than just a few weeks? So are long-term travel is just for you.

But where do you go and what do you see? Here we bring you five tips on what you should think about when you are faced with having a long time travel.

1) A specific travel type - or a combination trip?

No matter where you're traveling, it's important that you make yourself clear from the start what type of trip you want. Should it be, for example trekking, skiing, tours or just relaxing? 3) How long will you be leaving?

How long you need to be away, obviously has a great influence on price and destination for your long-term travel. On the other hand, a trip of one month to the same country could also provide you with many experiences you will not meet on a regular 1:00 to 2:00 week trip.

4) Get control of travel insurance

When you are going to travel for a long time, it is extra important to have control over travel insurance. There can be large differences in what each insurance cover and in which cases the insurance covers.

5) Take control of vaccines

Going away to more exotic destinations, it is important to get a handle on vaccinations. Missing vaccinations can be fatal in the wrong circumstances.
