Vildledene status updates abound on Facebook
Do not believe everything you read
Have you been on Facebook recently, you've probably already seen and heard about it. Status update that should ensure user rights legally.
The Declaration and its warnings, however, all loose and misleading rumors, and what might be called a viral urban myth. Facebook has already issued a message that encourages its users to review the terms of use associated with the use of Facebook.
Generally one can say that Facebook has full access to all your updates, images, text, etc. However, you can "guarantee" you do not make all your information publicly available. You can do this under "Account Settings"
The text that is used on Facebook, come in several forms, here is one of them:
"In response to the new guidelines of Facebook, I hereby declare that my copyright attached to all my personal information, illustrations, cartoons, paintings, professional photos and videos, and so on. Before the commercial use of the above, it is my written consent required for each of a time!
(Anyone reading this can copy this text and paste it on their Facebook wall. This will place them under the protection of copyright laws).
