Two-year research project launched at IBC
A two-year research project - From College of Business Life - should help to clarify why IBC is so good at retaining young people in HG-education. At the head of the research project is learning expert and lecturer at the Department of Education & Pedagogy at the University of Aarhus, Hans Henrik Knoop.
With a retention rate on the right side of the 90, the IBC close to reaching the government's target of 95%. But what is it, IBC doing right and what are the measures already implement, clarified and used in the best possible way?
Over the next two years there is a special focus on the 240 new pupils to start at HG and their teachers. Data should be collected, analyzed and processed, and hopefully there will be created an entirely new script other educational institutions can also benefit from.
