Tivoli Festival
2011 program is filled with stars, as tenors Jonas Kaufmann, Roberto Alagna and Lawrence Brownlee, sopranos and mezzoer as Renée Fleming, Measha Brueggergosman, Vivica Genaux, Roberta Invernizzi and elīna garanča. Pre-Mozart repertoire occupies a special focus on its year's festival, with ensembles such as Germany's Concerto Köln, Italy Il Giardino Armonico and Denmark's own internationally acclaimed Concerto Copenhagen. In addition to these already established soloists and ensembles, presents Tivoli also "stars of tomorrow" where young unknown talents allowed to try their hand at Scandinavia's largest concert festival, and perhaps jump-start their careers.
