Tips and Tricks for Social - for the student

It is not always easy to make new acquaintances if, as a new student, you have just started your first higher education in a foreign city. You may have always been a little shy and forgot to practice the first icebreakers before the start of the studies. Now you wish you had the opportunity to farm more with your fellow students in addition to the few breaks between the hours of study. Below are a few chores and experiences that can help and who are both nice, fun and just can fit into the tight SU budget.

To the action men and the finger-catching ballasters
If you are an active person who wants to get a little bit of speed over the field while you can compete with others, it's possible that a good trip on the Paintball course or in the Bowling Center will provide an exciting and fun afternoon for you and your fellow students. High as low can be a part and everyone can get a good laugh when hit or throw the ball over to the opposite course - and if there is no motivation to win, a box of boys can always be awarded to the winning team as a prize! Even the price is no excuse. A 2 hour trip on the two different courses costs between 170-400 DKK, depending on where in the country you are a student.

For the sledrechatollet and the party-lovers
For many young women and fresh fires, a trip to the city is a Friday evening or a nice summering over a cool cup of coffee, always a good start to a future friendship. Here the mood is set for the deep conversations, good tales or festive escapades that give you an opportunity to greet your fellow students outside the study. Most cafes and nightclubs are always easily recognizable in the cityscape, where cafes like Barasso and Heidi's nightclub are in all major cities. However, if you are still in doubt about where you would like to invite your fellow students, it may be a good idea to ask a local from your study and let them show you around. Which is a rich opportunity for you to get to know new places while acquiring a new acquaintance.

To the adventures and the nostalgic
As a new student, it often happens that you never get around to the big city you have just moved to. Therefore, if you are on a weekend and have no plans, in many big cities you can find exciting sights that do not cost the white of the ears to visit. In cities like Aarhus and Aalborg there are parks, museums and exhibitions that offer studios at the entrance, and if you lack cultural expulsion, there are many castles, mansions, festivals and markets in Odense and Copenhagen all year round. A nice walk in the knowledge of your fellow students is therefore not far away if you just look out the window and keep an eye on what your new city has to offer you.

To the toys and the hungry mouths
A great way to break the ice and at the same time create a nice "break-in" day with those at the studio is a small picnic in the local park. Here you can spread your carpets and enjoy a cold beer and a good sandwich while screaming loud and loud. A deck card, ball or royal game lives up and can easily be brought to the crew for a little extra activity if there are some in the group that can not sit still. On the other hand, if it is too cold to play in the park, it can be replaced with a nice dinner or snack in your new apartment where everyone can come close to eachother when they are close to the table.

To the embarrassed and the thrifty
If none of these activities tell you a lot, or if you prefer to head out of the events, you can also start participating in the weekly Friday bar that is most likely to be found on your campus. Here a beer usually does not cost more than a flat 20's, and after a few you have enough arm about him / him, the sweet one you've been looking long for in the intro week while singing "In a small boat swings "In cows with the rest of the assembly.
