Getting the right job can be more difficult than you think. Whether you are a student and want the perfect study job, or if you are a graduate, but still have not got the right job. Despite what job you are applying for, you are most likely not the only candidate for the job. It can be challenging to make sure that your application is remembered by your future manager.
Stand out from the crowd
To be remembered, it is important that you stand out from the crowd. You can do this by using printing. For example, if you make a personalized print on a sticker and send the sticker with your application, you are already one step further than your competitors. You can also choose to have a print made on a cup, sweater or something else. Hand in hand that your future leader will remember you better, leaving them with a smile on their lips.
Describe all your experience
One of the things that gets evaluated in a job application is the experience you have. Many people think that experience only refers to your previous work. However, experience can be much more than your previous positions. To find out all the relevant experience you have, start by thinking about your skills. Which of your skills make you the perfect candidate for this job? For example, are you patient, determined, or good at collaborating? Once you have found your skills, write down how you got exactly those skills. This comes under relevant experience.
