The university seeks a new development manager in the IT department, and in the end, the outgoing head seen on YouTube, in which he talks about his soon former workplace. - YouTube is one of today's forms of expression, and it's a more intimate way of communicating. It is obvious to combine this shape with the traditional vacancy. In this way, a potential candidate served some of the personal experiences of the workplace, and the company gets exhibited significant statements about its values, says Hans Kruse Christiansen, who is chief executive of the IT department and author of the new initiative at the university. He adds that the university's personnel department now need to refine the process so that it can be an option in many of its departments. - It requires, of course, that there are some who want to stand up on YouTube, but then the individual units of course adapt them in line with what is important in their environment, adds Hans Kruse Christiansen.
