The Government will ensure balance in education

Education plays an important role in the Government's recently published album "Denmark in balance in a global world ". The initiative will support remote areas and among other things, ensure good conditions for students throughout Denmark.
The government's objective to Denmark in 2020 should be one of the ten richest countries in the world. As part of that goal, the government presented today its proposal for how the Danish peripheral areas must be strengthened. One of the topics of the initiative is to provide better conditions for students and educational institutions in the Danish peripheral areas, thus ensuring a balance between education in the country. Specifically, the Government will: * Propose legislation that provides a better framework for secondary education can be part of local cooperation, such as mergers and campuses * Ensure that academies and professional colleges work strategically with the regional education coverage * Improve transportation options for students in remote areas * launch an initiative that brings unemployed graduates in employment in outlying areas * Authorizing a medical education in Aalborg with 50 seats in the bachelor program.
